Do not use the hob as a working surface or cutting board. Do not store heavy items above the hob. Do not let cookware slide across the hob. Before cleaning, ensure appliance is cooled down and never use abrasive, corrosive detergents, bleaching agents or acids on the enamelled, varnished or stainless-steel sections. On those sections, use warm soapy water or a non-caustic detergent.
